New AI & Manual Templates Module
Allows users to create or customize their own meeting report templates (sales, support, project meetings, 1:1s, etc.). Templates can be fully AI-automated (structured summary based on meeting context) or manually built by the team (free format). Goal: standardize the quality of reports within an organization.
Teams Space (Advanced Collaboration)
Creation of a shared environment between team members. Centralizes meetings, templates and team reports. Fine-grained access and editing rights management (Admin / Editor / Viewer). Includes a comment and mention system to collaborate directly on reports.
Integrated Video Recording
Added ability to directly record meeting video (camera or video stream) from the Fairwai interface. Video is synchronized with transcription and AI summary. Ability to export as thematic clips (short sequences extracted from a meeting).
Yeastar Integration
Automatic connection of Yeastar calls (PBX, Linkus, etc.) to Fairwai. Recordings and transcriptions automatically imported into user space. Ideal for telecom partners who want to offer Fairwai as a productivity add-on.
3CX Integration
Direct synchronization with 3CX call journal and automatic recording of internal or client meetings. Generated reports are linked to 3CX contacts, facilitating sales follow-up.
Sewan Integration
Native integration via Sophia platform: calls and meetings made from Sewan telephony are automatically transcribed and archived in Fairwai. Allows Sewan partners and customers to benefit from Meeting Intelligence without double login or installation.
